અમદાવાદ: અમદાવાદ મેનેજમેન્ટ એસોસિએશન (એએમએ) ખાતે ગુરુવારે “પ્રોફેશનલ માટે અસરકારક પેરેન્ટિંગ” વિષય પર એક જ્ઞાનવર્ધક સત્રનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું, જેમાં વર્કિંગ પેરેન્ટ્સ પોતાની કારકિર્દી અને પારિવારિક જીવન વચ્ચે વધુ સારું સંતુલન જળવાઈ રહે એ માટે ઉત્સાહિત હતા. આ કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન ‘આદી ધ ગર્ભસંસ્કાર એપ, વી પોઝીટીવ પેરેન્ટીંગ અને હીર ફાઉન્ડેશન સ્વરા ગ્રુપની સીએસઆર શાખા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

આ સત્રમાં વી પોઝિટિવ પેરેન્ટિંગના સ્થાપક આશા વઘાસિયાએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. જેમણે પોતાની કારકિર્દીનું સંચાલન કરતી વખતે માતાપિતાને આધુનિક સમયની પેરેંટિંગના પડકારોને નેવિગેટ કરવામાં મદદ કરવા માટે મૂલ્યવાન આંતરદૃષ્ટિ અને વ્યવહારુ સલાહ શેર કરી હતી.  રોટરી ક્લબ ઑફ અમદાવાદ સ્કાયલાઇનના રાખી ખંડેલવાલે કાર્ય અને પારિવારિક જીવન વચ્ચેની સીમાઓ અને બાળકો સાથે ક્વોલિટી ટાઈમનું મહત્વ નક્કી કરવા વર્ક લાઈફ બેલેન્સ હાંસલ કરવા માટે સામાન્ય પડકારોને પહોંચી વળવા પરની ચર્ચાઓનું સંચાલન કરતા સત્રનું સંચાલન કર્યું હતું.

આ કાર્યક્રમમાં આશા વઘાસિયાએ કહ્યું કે, “વર્ક અને પેરેન્ટિંગની વચ્ચે સંતુલન બનાવવું  સંપૂર્ણતા વિશે નથી પરંતુ બંને ભૂમિકામાં હાજર રહેવા અને ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરવા વિશે છે. બંને માતા-પિતાએ ઘરની જવાબદારીઓ વહેંચવાની અને કાર્ય જીવન સંતુલનનું સંચાલન કરવાની જરૂર છે.  ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત સમયને પ્રાધાન્ય આપીને અને સ્વસ્થ સીમાઓ નક્કી કરીને માતા-પિતા તેમના બાળકો માટે પોષણક્ષમ વાતાવરણ ઊભું કરી શકે છે અને સાથે જ પોતાની કારકિર્દીમાં પણ આગળ વધી શકે છે. 

આ સત્રમાં સહભાગીઓને પોતાની બેવડી જવાબદારીઓનું સંચાલન કરવા માટે અસરકારક સાધનો અને વ્યૂહરચના પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવી હતી જેમાં સ્વ-સંભાળના મહત્વ પર ભાર મૂકવામાં આવ્યો હતો અને માતાપિતા વચ્ચેની જવાબદારીઓ વહેંચવામાં આવી હતી.  અરસપરસ ચર્ચાઓમાં રોકાયેલા સહભાગીઓ પોતાની યુનિક જરૂરિયાતો વિશે અમૂલ્ય આંતરદૃષ્ટિ મેળવે છે.

વક્તાઓએ બાળકોને પોતાના પાલન પોષણ કૌશલ્યોન વધુ સારું  બનાવવા અને રોજિંદા જીવનમાં અર્થપૂર્ણ તફાવત લાવવા માટે વ્યવહારુ માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડ્યું હતું.  તેઓએ તંદુરસ્ત કાર્ય જીવન સંતુલન અને પોતાના પરિવારના સુખાકારીમાં રોકાણ કરવાના મહત્વ પર પણ ભાર મૂક્યો હતો. 

અમદાવાદ મેનેજમેન્ટ એસોસિએશન (AMA) ખાતે યોજાયેલા સેશનને રોટરી ક્લબ ઑફ અમદાવાદ સ્કાયલાઇન, અગ્રણી રિયલ એસ્ટેટ ડેવલપર સ્વરા ગ્રૂપ અને હેરિટેજ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્પેસ (ભારત) દ્વારા સહયોગ પ્રાપ્ત થયો હતો, જે ડાયાફ્રેમ વોલ કન્સ્ટ્રક્શન અને ડીપ બેઝમેન્ટ વર્ક્સ લીડીંગ છે. આયોજકોએ સેશનને યાદગાર બનાવવા માટે તમામ સહભાગીઓનો આભાર વ્યક્ત કર્યો હતો.
