Work from home culture is becoming the new normal
Talent Management needs to be available and flexible in times of covid-19 as work from home culture is becoming the new normal. Sources state that many companies are defining work from home hours, emailing hours and calling hours so that the employees could get mental and emotional space.
During a discussion led by IT industry body Nasscom’s senior vice president and chief strategy officer Sangeet Gupta, he said that organisations will also have to treat their employees with greater autonomy in the increasingly disconnected work environment.
